Crow pose, or kakasana, is a great introductory arm balance that strengthens the shoulders, arms, wrists and hands, as well as the core muscles. In this 1 hour clinic we will break down the pose, show variations and modifications, and demonstrate how you can build up to this asana. Yogis of all levels are welcome!
