Wheel pose, or urdva dhanurasana (upward facing bow), provides flexibility in the spine while also strengthening the muscles of the back. In this 1 hour clinic we will break down the pose, show variations and modifications, and demonstrate how you can build up to this asana. Yogis of all levels are welcome!
